Return packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD. Even exchanges will be sent at no extra cost. Returns will be credited within 3 – 5 business days on receipt of the package. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation.
Returns due to incorrect shipment by Toner Direct or damaged in transit or defective products will be credited using the original method of payment and include reimbursement for any shipping charges incurred to return them (not to exceed published Australia Post Regular Parcel rates).
If returning goods for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Toner Direct.
