I Can’t Find My Cartridge Listed:

We carry an enormous range of products and do our best to keep listings up-to-date, however, sometimes not every product available is listed. If you can’t find what your looking for give us a call 1800 779 003 or email sales@tonerdirect.com.au with the product name and the manufacturer. We will do our best to get it for you!

Shipping:

Most orders, of items in stock, ship within 24 hours (business days). Shipping is only available within Australia. Delivery times may vary due to carrier restrictions in country areas. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are described below:

Returns:

Please ship your item(s) with a copy of your invoice, stating the reason for your return so that we may improve our service, to:

Return packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD. Even exchanges will be sent at no extra cost. Returns will be credited within 3 – 5 business days on receipt of the package. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation.

Returns due to incorrect shipment by Toner Direct or damaged in transit or defective products will be credited using the original method of payment and include reimbursement for any shipping charges incurred to return them (not to exceed published Australia Post Regular Parcel rates).

If returning goods for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Toner Direct.
